Talking Across Divides: Communicating Through Differences!

The biennial event brings together thought leaders, practitioners, researchers, and community members to explore critical issues impacting globally mobile families and professionals.

The 2026 Forum will center on bridging divides and communicating through the many divisions in today's world, which we - as globally mobile families and individuals - are regularly travelling across, through or confronted about.

FIGT Board nominations UPDATE:

FIGT MEMBERS VOTE ON 2025-2027 Slate of Nominees

Dear Members,

We are thrilled to announce the results of the annual nominations process, which began in May of this year. We sought to fill three positions on the FIGT board: President, Membership Director, and a new role, Community Engagement Director. We received applications from a number of highly qualified and experienced candidates, making the selection process both challenging and exciting.

We hereby present the following slate of nominees, which has been approved by the Board of Directors to fill the vacant positions on the FIGT Board:
